The midlands is seeing more than double the growth of the next best region.
The midlands saw the largest level of growth in the country in 2023.
The IDA says there's been an increased number of investments, steady levels of employment across the FDI sector, and robust regional investment around Ireland this year.
The midlands recorded 5.8% growth, more than double the rate of the next-best region, being the Border.
132 investments were secured across the country this year.
Spokesperson on Economic Development, Enterprise and Tourism with Mullingar Chamber, John Geoghegan, says he expects the rate of growth to continue:
