The order was lifted two days later.
A midlands restaurant was among those issued with an order to close in February.
Ten businesses were shut down by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland last month, including Hayashi in Edenderry.
The restaurant on JKL Street was issued with the closure order on the 7th of February, which was lifted two days later.
A report from the FSAI states the business failed to effectively address non-compliances to prevent recurrence.
It says there was evidence of a lack of adequate cleaning in food rooms, mould growth was seen on food shelves, and there was cobwebbing on upper walls and ceiling in storage areas.
The report says there was also insufficient evidence to demonstrate adequate food safety controls in the production of sushi, which may lead to unsafe food being placed on the market.
Nine other businesses were also issued closure orders in February - they’re based in Dublin, Cork and Waterford.
