They were due to travel to Northern Italy this week.
The students of a Laois school are getting a full refund after their trip to Northern Italy was cancelled.
One hundred pupils from St. Mary's CBS, Portlaoise were due to go skiing for a week in Artesina this Friday, March 13th.
Each student paid €800 for the trip but that money will now be refunded in full.
The school currently has no plans to reorganise the trip for later in the year.
