Midlands Schools Invited To Enter Our World Global Citizenship Awards

Selected school projects will be featured at the National Finals taking place next June.

Entries are still open for Midlands schools to send their pupils on a journey to explore global citizenship.

The Our World Awards helps 3rd to 6th class students learn about the lives of children and their families in developing countries, and how Ireland helps other nations through Irish Aid.

Winning entries from schools will be showcased at the National Finals in June next year.

Both St. James National School in Stradbally and St. John's National School in Longford made this year's final in Dublin Castle.
