Construction is set to begin in Spring 2022.
Approval has been granted for a major €9 million community development project in the midlands.
The Kinnegad Regeneration Project will include a new library, community education facility and town park.
It'll be funded by the government's Rural Regeneration and Development Fund, with construction to being in quarter two of 2022.
