It's being allocated to the Offaly branch of the Irish Wheelchair Association to a fund and adapt a brand new vehicle.
It's the only organisation in the region to receive funding as part of the Mobility and Cancer Care Transport measure within the government's 2021 CLÁR programme.
A total of 14 vehicles are being sourced across ten counties.
