"An unreal experience" is how a midlands family is describing taking part in this year's Ireland's Fittest Family.
Joan, Jospeph, Aaron and Jane are the Maher family from Tullamore, and feature in the latest season of the show.
Their first episode will play on RTÉ One this Sunday evening at 6.30pm.
