People are being asked to keep services for those who need them most, with a number of patients already waiting for admission.
According to the Irish Nurses' and Midwives' Organisation, 14 people are waiting on trolleys this morning.
However, if you are seriously injured or ill, the Emergency Department will assess and treat you as a priority.
A spokesperson says staff are working to identify patients ready for discharge.
