The Abbeybrook residential development in Kilbeggan consists of 74 new homes.
A new housing development is coming to Westmeath.
74 new dwellings, comprised of 62 houses and 12 apartments, have been approved for the Abbeybrook residential development in Kilbeggan.
The homes will be a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bed and the apartments a combination of 1 and 2 beds.
Plans for the site also include a public open space, parking facilities and works to the distributor road.
The project has been approved by Westmeath County Council subject to 24 conditions.
