That's among the findings of the latest Simon Communities Locked out of the Market report, which found both Athlone and Portlaoise are included in the 10 areas with no rental HAP homes on the market.
The supply of properties remained at its highest in Dublin at 84% of the total figure under the government subsidised scheme.
