An Offaly woman has been elected as the National president of Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.
Attracta Brady who has always been a part of the Killeigh CCÉ branch, has recently been elected as the National President.
Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann is the largest group involved in the preservation and promotion of Irish traditional music.
As a teacher in the sacred heart secondary school Tullamore Ms. Brady is involved in education and runs Irish traditional music classes locally in Killeigh & Tullamore through the Comhaltas Ceoltóirí Éireann.
