An Offaly woman is speaking out at the levels of abuse she's received over a number of years, insisting it's not just celebrities that receive hate mail.
Angela Burns from Rhode got her first threatening card in the post 8 years ago.
More recently, her partner has also gotten Valentine's cards allegedly from the same person.
Ms. Burns says the cards didn't bother her at first, because she believed the sender was a coward.
But now regrets suffering in silence and not sharing the sinister mail on social media sooner.
She's urging people to be kind.
