A portrait of cancer campaigner Vicky Phelan has been sold for €46,500.
Tullamore artist Vincent Devine created the piece, which has been bought by a private buyer in Kilkenny following an online auction by Sheppard's Auction House in Durrow.
The proceeds of the sale are going to the Heroes Aid charity, of which Vicky is a patient advocate.
