Portlaoise saw the most traffic in the region in 2022, with 18,993, rising by just over 8,000 from the year prior.
That's followed by 16,166 in Tullamore - that's an increase of 40% compared to 2021's figures.
Attendances jumped by over 4,000 in Mullingar, resulting in a 13,305 figure for 2022.
The future of out-of-hours GP services in the midlands has been up in the air, since the MIDOC group ceased trading last year.
The HSE says services are continuing as normal, but a long-term solution has yet to be found.
