The Department of Rural and Community Development issued €65,500 to the local authority on April 11th for capital and current spending of community and voluntary groups dealing with the pandemic.
A total of thirty two applications have been received so far with €60,950 being shared among those who were successful.
Just over 4 and a half thousand remains in the fund and the evaluation committee are still accepting submissions.
