Mental health charity Turn2Me is urging people to get out and start socialising again.
Its advice comes after Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Breda Smyth, this week said older people should no longer allow Covid-19 to "steal any more years."
The charity says it has seen higher levels of loneliness among people nationwide following lockdowns and restrictions.
