The Peter McVerry Trust says none of its tenants will be impacted by the possible sale of apartments at a midlands complex.
The charity says it owns a number of homes leased at the Riverview Complex in Kilbeggan, but they are long-term leases, which won't be affected by any change in ownership.
As many as 47 tenants at the site could be facing homelessness this summer, with both Offaly and Westmeath County Council confirming a number of people on the HAP scheme have been issued notices of termination.
It's understood some apartments are due to be sold, and the tenants will have to move out before July 12th.
