24 new homes could be on the way to the midlands soon.
Mulleady Properties and Co. has submitted planning permission for the housing development at Cluain Lorcain, Castletowndelvin in Delvin.
They'll be a mix of single and two-storey buildings, ranging from one to three-bedrooms in size.
The project will be a continuation of the existing Cluain Lorcain development.
A decision from Westmeath County Council is due by February 20th.
