Paul's family and friends are seeking to raise funds, and awareness about Mitochondrial Myopathy.
The 'Push For Paul' campaign will see a teddy bear in a wheelchair pushed from Drogheda to Killarney.
It's in a bid to raise €100,000 for Paul Murphy, who's suffering from a neurological disease which causes muscle weakness and fatigue.
Paul's family and friends also want to increase awareness about the Irish Wheelchair Association and wheelchair accessibility issues.
