Quinn's Tea Rooms is being re-opened as Quinn's Café today.
A social hub in a Laois town is set to re-open after being forced to close its doors following a fire six years ago.
Quinn's Tea Rooms in Abbeyleix is being rebranded as 'Quinn's Café' and it opens to the public this morning.
Business partners Nick Soomaree and Theo Deeac have renovated the building with bright colours in the hopes of reviving the community.
Nick says the original tearooms, founded in 1983 by the Quinn family, were known for their homemade treats and warm atmosphere.
He says the family is filled with pride to see the business up and running again:
