The cost of a driver licence will increase to €65 from January 1st.
Price hikes at the Road Safety Authority are punishing drivers who have no alternative.
That's according to Aontú leader Peadar Tóibín.
It comes as the RSA announced the prices of a driver licence and learner permit are set to increase to €65 and €45, respectively from January 1st.
The cost of an NCT will also increase by €5, while a re-test will rise by €12.
