Ryanair's CEO has written to the Transport Minister calling on him to resign.
The airline had been calling on Minister Eamon Ryan to intervene and raise the passenger cap at Dublin Airport.
The government insists that's a planning matter and DAA has submitted a planning application to raise the limit to 40m passengers.
