Brian Stanley says the idea of giving €200 vouchers to every adult and €100 to every child in Ireland is an exceptional solution during an exceptional time.
The vouchers would have to be used in pubs, restaurants and hotels in Ireland and would cost in the region of 860 million euro, if everyone in the state took it up.
