From 6am tomorrow morning hospitality can return to normal trading and the Digital Covid Cert will only be required for international travel.
There will be no restrictions on live events or gatherings in the home - while the requirement for social distancing will also lift.
A phased return to the workplace will start next week.
Covid mitigation measures in schools and mask wearing in all places its required now will remain until the end of February.
