Gardai in Westmeath have charged a teenager arrested for fraudulently claiming the coivid-19 unemployment payment.
The nineteen year old man was taken into custody following the search of a house in Mullingar yesterday evening.
He'd allegedly been receiving six separate payments of 350 euro a week into a bank account using fake names.
He will appear before Mullingar district court on the 12th of June.
