The third stage of a public consulation on a route for a Westmeath greenway closes for submissions today.
Members of the public have until 4pm this afternoon to submit their thoughts on a proposed route corridor for the Kilbeggan to Mullingar greenway.
It follows a consultation event held last month which updated stakeholders on a likely route for the project.
The start and end points for both options are Kilbeggan Harbour and the Old Rail Trail in Mullingar.
