The centre in Portlaoise has already reopened its doors for 'walk-ins' this morning.
The HSE has announced three more walk-in vaccination clinics in the midlands will reopen this weekend.
The centres in Athlone IT and the Tullamore Court Hotel will reopen tomorrow, with people encouraged to attend the clinic at the Bloomfield House Hotel in Mullingar on Saturday.
It follows the extension of the clinic at the Midlands Park Hotel in Portlaoise, which is open between 9am and 4pm today.
Anyone over aged 16 or over can attend, to receive the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine.
