Tributes are being paid to a midlands man who passed away in a motorcycle accident in Thailand.
John Lennon, from Graiguecullen, passed away last Monday.
Orla Kennedy, a former teacher of John's at CBS Carlow, says he was a lovely boy to teach and always courteous and pleasant.
His colleague at Raw Gym in Dublin, Stephen Kelly says:
"John was an exceptional trainer, who took meticulous care of his clients needs.
He was always incredibly helpful and shared his valuable knowledge with me when I started working alongside him.
Polite, funny, pleasant, and a great human all round."
One of his clients also says John's welcome and daily chats in the gym is something they used to look forward to, and says he was an amazing guy.
John is survived by his parents Mary Rose and John, sister Avena and brother Paul.
His funeral details have not yet been published.
