Two men remain in custody this morning following a major seizure of drugs and guns in Westmeath yesterday.
Gardaí discovered over €300,000 euro in cocaine and heroin and six firearms after raiding a housing Mullingar.
A man in his late 20s and another in his early 30s were arrested at the scene and are being held at Mullingar Garda Station.
Garda investigations are continuing.
BREAKING: It follows a lengthy surveillance operation targetting the sale and supply of drugs in the midlands.
