Four public facilities were already participating.
Two more libraries in Offaly are now offering the Contact and Collect service.
Library buildings remain closed to the public due to covid-19, but this new scheme enables users to request and return library material.
Banagher and Ferbane have now joined the four libraries already participating in the service - Birr, Clara, Edenderry, and Tullamore.
You can avail of the service by calling or emailing your request and details to your nearest library, collecting your items at the agreed collection time, and returning them to the bins outside when finished.
