Measure 2 focuses on medium-scale repairs and upgrades and new developments.
Scragh Bog, on the outskirts of Mullingar, is receiving just short of €170,000 euro to extend the existing walking and cycle trail from Cullion-Levington and to expand the existing carpark.
While €126,000 will be spent at Dún na Sí park in Moate, to extend the path system, and improve the equipment and toilet facilities.
