But patients are advised to expect delays for some services.
All services have now resumed in the three Midlands Regional Hospitals following last month's "devastating" cyber attack.
However, the HSE says the disruption to their IT system continues cause delays to some services in region.
Patients are asked to attend their appointments as usual, unless contacted by the hospital.
Local and national IT teams have made progress in recent weeks in restoring some of the most critical patient information systems, allowing staff to safely resume scheduled care on a phased basis.
The HSE also says staff are working to reschedule patients cancelled over the last month as soon as possible.
