Portlaoise Library is playing host to the information session.
Laois County Council is hosting an extra drop-in clinic on renovating vacant and derelict homes at Portlaoise Library today.
The move follows a session in June, highlighting strong demand for guidance on the Croí Cónaithe Scheme and sustainable upgrades.
The free clinic, in partnership with SEAI, offers expert advice on grants, energy retrofits, and application processes.
The event will run from 10am - 4pm.
No appointment is needed and property owners, buyers, and developers are all welcome.
