A number of offences were spotted by gardaí
Gardaí in Laois have seized a van, after a motorist was caught driving while using their mobile phone.
The driver was also displaying a current tax disc which belonged to a different vehicle.
The Garda Mobility App showed the van hadn't been taxed for over four years, which led to it being seized.
