An open forum on the issue is taking place tonight in the Abbey Hotel in Roscommon at 8pm.
The event is being organised by Roscommon/Galway TD Eugene Murphy.
Longford/Westmeath deputy Robert Troy and Supermacs CEO Pat McDonagh are among the guest speakers at the event.
