The works are scheduled to being in the middle of July.
People in Westmeath may have water disruptions in the Summer and Autumn this year.
Uisce Éireann is completing water main replacement works in Knockdrin, to improve the security of water supply and reduce high levels of leakage in the area.
Over 2km of water mains will be replaced in Knockdrin Estate and along the R394 at Ballynagall and Monilea.
Works are expected to be carried out from mid July until Autumn and will be managed in short sections to limit disruptions.
