A Westmeath hairdresser says she's nervous but prepared for the return to business.
Hairdressers are due to reopen on July 20th, although industry representatives are pushing for that to be moved to June 29th.
Roisin Carolan, who owns Medusa Hair Studio in Athlone, is expecting to be very busy, with 800 customers already on their waiting list.
She says they're anxious to keep everyone safe when they open their doors, and all clients will be required to wear a face mask:
