Westmeath Pharmacist Fears People Use Antigen Tests To Serve Their Own Agenda

The Health Minister to bring a memo to cabinet proposing a subsidy of up to €3 per test.

The Chief Medical Officer is urging people to not use antigen tests to give themselves the all-clear if they're showing symptoms of Covid-19.

It comes as reports emerged Health Minister Stephen Donnelly will bring a memo to cabinet proposing a government subsidy of up to €3 per test.

This could make antigen tests available for as little as €1 in discount stores such as Aldi and Lidl.

Pharmacist, former Fine Gael TD and Westmeath's Kate O'Connell fears people are using antigen tests to serve their own agenda:
