An award-winning, living piece of fashion designed by a Westmeath teenager had to be carefully managed on the way over to the Junk Kouture Finals.

Her design contains live moss and grasses borrowed from a garden ecosystem and to be returned to the soil when the designer repurposes her dress at the end of the competition.
