The National Lottery is urging players to check their tickets after revealing Friday's winning EuroMillions ticket was sold in Portlaoise
The winning player was just one number off getting the €62 million jackpot - but still comes away with over €400,000.
The winning quick pick ticket was sold in Dunnes Stores in the Kyle Shopping Centre, with numbers 34, 37, 39, 40, 50 and the lucky stars 4 and 10.
Robert Magee from the National Lottery is encouraging players across the country to double check their tickets, but reckons it could be a local winner:
