A woman has been charged in connection with a Westmeath burglary.
A cash drawer for a till, two childrens' money tins, and a receipt printer were stolen from Beans and Leaves on Lloyds Lane in Athlone yesterday morning, at around 1.30am.
Gardaí arrested a woman in her 30s in connection with the incident - she's since been released from custody and charged to appear before the courts at a later date.
Officers are continuing to investigate the burglary, and are asking anyone with information to get in touch with Athlone Garda Station.
