Her court date is set for April 3rd.
A woman in her 40s is due before Portlaoise District Court next month, after she was charged with “multiple counts of fraud.”
It follows a lengthy investigation which began at the end of 2018, into the purchase of overseas property.
The woman was arrested and charged last Tuesday.
Gardaí say the case involves the purchase of “overseas property and related business matters," and the woman is due in court on April 3rd.
