The project will be located at the junction of Carrick Road, Father McWey Street in Edenderry.
Planning permission has been granted by Offaly County Council to Greypost Developments Limited for the €3.4m construction.
On - site parking spaces will be available alongside an open public landscaped space and street lighting.
There will be 4 one - bed units, 6 two - bed units and 12 three - bed units.
