Walsh is defending her 66kg crown after beating Amy Broadhurst at the National Stadium last year.
Both she and Broadhurst are entered for this year's renewal.
Rahan club St Carthage's are represented by Nicole Buckley and Paul Loonam who return to the 48 and 57kg categories to defend their national titles.
While Rachel Lawless will box in the 54kg competition for Portlaoise Boxing Club, and Jason Nevin represents Mullingar in the 60kg.
