Phyllis Hacket Price pays tribute to the Offaly man who has passed away aged 86.

Offaly Hall of Famer Phyllis Hacket Price is paying tribute to Brendan Martin, who has passed away aged 86.
Martin played a major role in the foundation of the Ladies Gaelic Football Association in 1974 and was the organisation's first assistant treasurer.
The Brendan Martin Cup, presented annually to the winners of the All-Ireland Ladies Senior Football Championship, was bought by the Tullamore man that same year.
