There are four games taking place over the course of Saturday and Sunday.
The Laois Senior Hurling Championship returns this weekend after a two week break.
This weekend's round of fixtures could be decisive in the later stages of this year's campaign.
The action gets underway on Saturday from Group A as reigning champions Clough/Ballacolla and The Harps will want to get back on track after their opening round defeats.
They face off in O'Moore Park with hopes of getting a first win on the board, throw in is at 5:30pm.
Afterwards at 7:00pm, Rathdowney Erill and Rosenallis will be hoping to build on their first round wins as they go head-to-head also in O'Moore Park.
On Sunday it's the turn of Group 2 as Castletown take on Borris in Ossory with a 1:30pm throw in time. Similarly to Group A, both sides began with defeats in round 1, with the hopes of trying to gain some momentum ahead of the final round of fixtures.
And rounding off the action on Sunday afternoon will be last season's beaten finalists Camross against Abbeyleix St Lazarians.
A win for either side could be enough to see them through to the knockout stages in attempts to claim the Bob O'Keefe Cup.
