Colaiste Naomh Cormac and Killina are both celebrating fantastic wins.
It was an excellent weekend for Colaiste Naomh Cormac and Killina Presentation Secondary School who both played in Leinster Schools Camogie Finals on Saturday.
Colaiste Naomh Cormac beat Colaiste Mhuire Johnstown of Kilkenny on a score line of 1-13 to 2-7 to win the Leinster School's Senior C Final with Clodagh Leahy hitting 1-6. Afterwards, in what has been an incredibly emotional week for Kilcormac and the surrounding areas, Colaiste Naomh Cormac captain, Cayla Fletcher dedicated the victory to the memory of her club mate Ashling Murphy.
Meanwhile Killina Presentation Secondary School overcame St Finians of Mullingar in the Senior D Final. The Rahan school won by 2 points with the final score reading 3-6 to 1-10 with the Dillon sisters Sarah and Rachel hitting 1-5 between them.
