The Lake County came out on top the last time the sides met.
It's a midlands derby in the Andrew Corden Cup final tonight, as Offaly meet Westmeath in O'Connor Park in Leinster's second tier competition later this evening.
The Lake County who will be looking to win the competition for the second successive year, easily dispatched Laois in the semi final the last time out.
Offaly came through against Carlow in the other semi final, however it was Westmeath who came out six point winners when the two sides met in the Leinster Championship last month.
Throw in is at half 6 in O'Connor Park.
