Clonkill lose to All Ireland champions
It was a busy weekend in the club championships and there was a big win big win for Rathdowney/Errill against St Rynagh's in the Leinster SHC quarter-final at O'Moore Park yesterday.
The Laois champions won by 4-16 to 0-10 with Mark Kavanagh scoring 1-10 and Ross King grabbing two goals.
The Laois champions will now play St Mullin's of Carlow who yesterday knocked out two-time All ireland champions Cuala in the Leinster semi-final in two weks time.
In Mullingar there was no luck for the Westmeath champions Clonkill who were defeated by 3-21 to 2-15 by the All-Ireland champions Ballyhale Shamrocks.
