Home Farm were the latest opposition to be beaten by the Westmeath club.
Athlone now have two national champion teams after St Joseph's Football Club won the SFAI U15s Cup in Dublin yesterday.
Dylan Dennehy, Timothy Tselapedi, and Leon Nolan scored the goals that got the Westmeath club over the line in a 3-1 win over Home Farm.
Mervue and Malahide were scalps taken in the quarter and semi-finals on the way to yesterday's success.
The win comes just days after Athlone's Marist College won the FAI School Minor Boys Cup.
They beat Christian Brother's College of Cork 2-1 in Limerick on Friday.
